Beatrice Fuller Sykes
has lived most of her life in a small town in upstate New York. She is the mother of six. She came to the Lord as a young child, and her training as a secretary led her to "become a pen for the Lord." She has been writing poetry for over forty years, and her great desire is to share the Truth with all the world. She has won six Golden Poet Awards between 1986 and 1991. She's been published in Who's Who In Poetry for Outstanding
Achievement
(1990), and has won the Editor's Choice Award for Outstanding

in Poetry eight times between 1994 and 2004. Beatrice has been published in five books of poetry: Our World's Most Cherished Poems, 1986; Our World's Favorite Gold and Silver Poems, 1991; Outstanding Poets, 1994; America at the
Millennium
- The Best Poems and Poets of the 20th Century, 2000; and The Best Poems and Poets of 2001. Bea has also had her work recorded on tape with The Sounds of Poetry in 1992. Her own book "A Precious Bouquet" was published this past year. She has had her work recorded as songs as well.
